We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $59
Our domestic shipping options for all 50 U.S. states and 18 other countries around the world are listed below:
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-10 business days (USD $15)
Express Shipping: Delivery in 4-7 business days (USD $25)
Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order.
Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
For example, if you order a pair of shoes, it will need 1-3 business days of processing and 7-10 business days of shipping ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 8-13 business days.
Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.
Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipping might experience delay. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at service@truesafetyshoes.com, and we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order if you contact us after your purchase before the order is shipped. If your payment is finished and the parcel still needs to be shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item's delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
