How do I return or exchange an item
First of all, thank you for shopping on the truesafetyshoes.com website. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding. When we receive the returned item, we will be delighted and do our best to help you process it quickly.

We are pleased about the return you want to return and will do our best to help you deal with it as quickly as possible. As for how to return, please follow our return rules, which will be convenient and quick to help you.
1. please contact us by email at email@example.com first, inform you of the reason for the return, and keep relevant information, such as photos. After we receive your return application email, we will process it for you within 12 hours (closed on weekends and public holidays).

1. The return validity period is 7 days after the goods are sent out (including the day of delivery). You have 7 days after receiving the goods to decide whether the goods are suitable for you. If they are not fit, you can return them within 7 days. Expired will not be accepted.
2. Items and packaging must be in new condition with tags not removed. We do not accept returns for items with stains, tears, washing, packaging changes, etc., on the fabric or label.

Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order.
Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
For example, if you order a pair of shoes, it will need 1-3 business days of processing and 7-10 business days of shipping ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 8-13 business days.
Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.
Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipping might experience delay. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at email@example.com, and we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
We can cancel the order if you contact us after your purchase before the order is shipped. If your payment is finished and the parcel still needs to be shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item's delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
