Shipping Region

We currently ship to the United States only. All orders ship from our warehouse in Longmont, Colorado.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on all orders within the United States.
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.95

Tax

All orders are tax-free. No sales tax is applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package through delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@truesafetyshoes.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
